Please describe your career development at König Stahl. What kind of opportunities were you offered?

E.K.:Sales is my passion, which is why every order drives me toward further development. I have achieved many successes during my employment, but I am especially fond of a large order for 150 tons of steel, which I managed to secure with the client during a single phone call. I achieved my goal, and the client was very pleased with our quick and efficient service. But in reality all well implemented projects give satisfaction, even the tiniest ones.

Employee Interview

Please describe your career development at KÖNIG STAHL. What kind of opportunities were you offered?

Ł.M.:I started working at Königstahl as a warehouse keeper, then I was promoted to Team Leader, and currently I am responsible for the entire Logistics Department in the South Branch.

Gaining new professional experience, competences and skills became possible thanks to the support of my superiors and specialized training that helped me to develop alongside Königstahl.

What distinguishes KÖNIG STAHL as a good employer in the labour market?

Ł.M.: Königstahl offers a good atmosphere and partnership-based approach among coworkers. Modern warehouse equipment, such as storage systems, gantry cranes and band saws, allow the employees to acquire new skills and experience.

Work at Königstahl consists of everyday challenges that give a sense of self-realization without routine.

What experiences/events at KÖNIG STAHL have given you special satisfaction?

Ł.M.: An important challenge for me and my colleagues was the implementation of a new IT system, during which we had to maintain the ability to smoothly execute orders, especially in the first period of operation. We maintained full efficiency despite the inconveniences typical for such process.

Observing the involvement of the whole team of logisticians and warehousemen, which went beyond the usual tasks, and without which the project’s success would have been deeply endangered, brought me a lot of satisfaction.
